Founder, CEO
With over a decade of experience in Behavioral Health, Kathryn is highly experienced in all aspects of Operations, Billing, Utilization Management, Compliance and Business Development. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to both Private Commercial Insurance and Medicaid policies.
Kathryn has previously held the role of; Director of Billing and Utilization Management for several large facilities in the Scottsdale, AZ area. During her time in this role, she was able to streamline billing processes, greatly improve authorizations and played a role in annual revenue increases of over 65%.
Kathryn is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing.
Kathryn resides on a ranch in Sonoita, AZ with her husband, four young children and several animals. She is an active member of the community and member of the Elgin School PTC.
Vice President of Consulting
Jerry has spent over a decade working with Behavioral Health Facilities. He started his career as a House Manager/BHT and has held several integral roles since. Working in all aspects of a facility - from housing to case management, clinical therapist, billing manager and operations manager has provided Jerry with a true understanding of Behavioral Health Facilities from every possible standpoint, and more importantly how each department impacts each other and in turn impacts the quality of care provided to clients.
This wealth of knowledge has awarded Jerry with a unique ability to work with Facility leadership to provide strategic consultation on strengths and weaknesses. He has been able to come up with creative, effective and detailed improvement plans that increase revenue and directly improve client retention and experience.

These four are the reason we work so hard and are why we have such a strong family and wellness focused business mindset. Often making visits to the office, mocking Mom & Dad's voices on conference calls and occasionally can be heard in the background when we are working remotely.
They love living on the ranch in small town Sonoita, AZ - spending time adventuring outside, learning to take care of the animals, rodeo, soccer, baseball and ballet.
